It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the said paper writing and every part thereof is the Last Will and Testament of Mary Ellen Hendren, deceased, and the same with the foregoing examination and this certificate ordered to be recoreded and filed.

STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA
I Mary Ellen Hendren, of the aforesaid County and State, being of sound mind and memory, but realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will & Testament:
1. My Executrix hereinafter named shall give my body a decent burial, suitable to my station in life, out of the first moneys which may come into her hands belonging to my estate.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, both real and personal of whatsoever kind and wherever found, to my sister, Rebecca Emily Hendren, giving and devise to her all of the land, or interest in land, all moneys and personal property to be hers in fee simple forever.
3. I constitute and appoint my sister, Rebecca Emily Hendren, my Execuetrix to this my Last Will & Testament, and according to the true intent and meaning of the same, &mbsp; - hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made.
In Witness whereof, I, the said Mary Ellen Hendren, do hereunto set my hand and seal this the 18th day of September, A. D. 1937.

Signed sealed and published and declared by the said Mary Ellen Hendren, to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who, at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other do subscribe our names as witnesses thereto.
